  2. Thanks for the shot out lady! Even with the bathroom stuff I am so glad it was all worth it :-)I myself have never seen 139 on my scale ether so I would be totally excited.

    Hmmmmm let's see. I would suggest some yoga or Pilates if possible along with the 600 calories to see if that helps with keeping you at 139. As for your hair. I would suggest taking a muilti vitamin along with zinc. Zinc helps your hair grow and the nails stronger. I haven't been taking it as much as I should but if I showed you were my hair was last year compared to now. I would make a believer out of you.

  3. Yay for the 130's! :) i sometimes find that after a night of partying and binging i lose, especially after some of the green stuff. Maybe it just puts our systems into overdrive? Thats what i like to think anyway...
    I have always heard that horse shampoo helps with hair growth too. I know that i used some when i had really long hair and it seemed to make some kind of difference, and even if it doesn't make a difference in growth, it really does make a difference in thickness and shine :)
