ReplyDeleteI have not gone over my calorie limit but the food choices have not been healthy and I feel guilty. Like I could not sleep at all last night because of it.

Cheese and chocolate? You must be on your period. lol. That's really not that bad. I'd be more worried about the constipation from the cheese than your calorie intake (which isn't bad AT ALL).
